Tournament start date changed after Auckland City withdrew from FIFA Club World Cup

Auckland City has decided to withdraw from the FIFA Clubs World Cup due to the isolation and quarantine protocols in New Zealand. As the first round match will not be played with the New Zealand team, the host El-Duhail will start the organization from the 2nd round. Therefore, the opening match will be held on February 4 instead of February 1.
