Bahattin Demirbilek, living in Russia, founded ESTA Construction, one of the largest construction companies in the country. Bahattin Demirbilek, who has undertaken major works such as automobile factory and stadium construction, was among the top 200 companies in the world in 2018.
Growing up in Ankara and starting his career at the age of 15, Bahattin Demirbilek went to Russia in 1993, at the age of 22. Demirbilek, who worked professionally in Russia for years, founded ESTA Construction at the age of 33. Demirbilek, who made the company he founded in 2005 one of the 250 largest construction companies in the world in 2018, also named his son Aslan as a congress member because of his love for Galatasaray, which he described as “The meaning of life and my childhood love”.
ESTA Construction of Bahattin Demirbilek, one of the largest contractors of the country with its contracting works in Russia, is also building Mercedes-Benz Daimler’s largest investment and first automobile factory in the country, Yuri Gagarin Airport in Saratov.
ESTA Construction, which was ranked 189th in 2015 in the list of the world’s largest construction companies, announced annually by ENR, rose 30 rows in the same list in 3 years and ranked 159th in 2018.
