Nyon, Switzerland, from entering the bag 3rd of the draw which was held in Turkey, Group II of Denmark, Belgium, matched with Scotland and Kazakhstan.
In the qualifiers, there will be 6 teams in 8 groups and 5 teams in a group. Group matches will be played between March 2021 and June 2022. With nine group winners, the second best team in the groups will directly participate in the 2023 UEFA U21 European Championship Finals, which will be hosted by Romania and Georgia. The runners-up of the other eight groups will play the Play-Offs in September 2022 to qualify for the finals.
Romania and Georgia, which will host the organization to be held in June 2023, will directly participate in the championship.
