“We are leaving behind a year we spent in the shadow of the pandemic. 2020 was an extraordinary year when humanity was struggling with great troubles. We have suffered very important losses. Once again, God’s mercy on those we lost, I wish my condolences to the grieving families and our nation.
Our greatest wish is that these problems will completely disappear in the new year and the world will move away from the epidemic agenda.

2020 would be the year of the ‘championship’ for us, but unfortunately, the pandemic hit the continuity of football. Breaks given to leagues; The fact that athletes, coaches and clubs were caught unprepared for the new process had a negative impact on us as well as everyone else.

We will represent our country in two difficult struggles in 2021. We will work with all our strength to participate in the World Cup and achieve good results in the postponed EURO 2020 finals.
