Lawyer Fenerbahce Association filed a criminal complaint against 3 Galatasaray players

The petition for a criminal complaint prepared by the Association of Lawyers Fenerbahçe (HUFEDER), İstanbul Anatolia Republic It was submitted to the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office to be sent to the Office of the Chief Prosecutor.

“We would like to emphasize that these allocated rooms are considered as ‘public property’ within the scope of Article 17 of Law No. 6222. On the day of the match, where criminal acts were committed, after the match ended with the referee’s whistle, the guest team players moved to the dressing room allocated to them. The room allocated for this was transformed into a playground by suspicious football players, and even further, it was turned into an environment where swearing was flying. Video recordings of the events were presented in the petition.

DIFFERENT CRIME ANNOUNCEMENT FOR 3 FOOTBALL PLAYERS

In the petition, which alleged that the suspected football player Arda Turan committed the crimes of “damaging property” and “insulting”, as well as inciting violence in sports, Marcao was also asked to be punished for the crime of “damaging property”.

In the petition, which stated that Etebo recorded the incident and caused millions of people to watch it live on his personal account, the suspects were requested to be punished in accordance with Law No. 6222.

In the petition, it was also requested that these people be banned from watching the official matches in which they were not included in the squad to be played, when the investigation started.
