In a statement from the organization qualifying match of the termination of the then Metropolitan Municipality of Adana in Turkey Basketball, Bellona Kayseri Basketball, Birev Elazig Special Provincial Administration, Hatay Metropolitan and GDF Ormanspor will join The 2020-21 regular season, each to host the group matches and the group of teams were determined.

THIS SEASON WILL BE PLAYED WITH A NEW FORMAT
As part of the new type of corona virus (Covid-19) measures, the regular season group matches will be held in a single match on 19-22 January 2021.
With the last 16 rounds in which the top 2 teams of the eight groups will participate, the quarter-finals will be played in four separate halls over a single match between 16-18 March 2021.
The Final Four will be held in a single hall on April 9-11, 2021. Also, teams competing in the FIBA Women’s Europa League regular season will not be able to participate in the FIBA Women’s European Cup.
