– Galatasaray A.Ş.’s footballer Arda Turan was banned from 2 official competitions and punished with a fine of 13,000.00 TL in accordance with Articles 41/1-a and 35/4 of the FDT for insulting, As it was understood that there was no mistake in terms of determination, it was unanimously decided to approve the penalty with the rejection of the application.
