FIFA licensed referee Halis Özkahya will lead the UEFA Europa League Group F competition to be played between Italy’s Napoli and Croatia’s Rijeka teams on Thursday, November 26th.
Kemal Yılmaz and Mehmet Cem Satman will be assistants of Halis Özkahya in the competition, which will start at 23:00 at San Paolo Stadium in Naples, Italy. The fourth referee of the match will be Alper Ulusoy.
