Ankaragücü Coach Hikmet Karaman: Our championship must be registered

Super League team Ankaragücü coach Hikmet Karaman, Turkey has wanted to be recognized by the League of championship they won in 1949. The experienced coach said, “Our championship must be registered” in his post on his social media account.
Following Fenerbahçe’s application for the championships before 1959, other clubs took action. A striking move came from the Başkent team, Ankaragücü.
“OUR CHAMPIONSHIP MUST BE REGISTERED”
Ankaragücü Technical Director Hikmet Karaman, “Our championship must be registered.” He sent a message to TFF by sharing. Ankaragucu, which they won in 1949, Turkey wants to be recognized by the League of championship. Fenerbahçe President Ali Koç also visited Ankaragücü, while meeting with the Ankara teams that had the championship before 1959.
