Galatasaray, Turkey Cup quarter were the guests at the TT Alanyaspor Stadium in the final match and 3-2 defeat was separated from the struggle.
After the match, while Alanyaspor was writing its name to the semi-finals, it was revealed that the Mediterranean representative beat Galatasaray for the second time this season. Alanyaspor also managed to beat Galatasaray 2-1 in the Super League.
A FIRST AFTER 17 YEARS
However, it turned out that Alanyaspor experienced a first against Galatasaray after 18 years. Along with the Mediterranean representative, Çaykur Rizespor defeated Galatasaray twice on the road in the 2003-04 season 17 years ago.
