The draws for the last 32 rounds of the UEFA Europa League were drawn at a ceremony held in Nyon, Switzerland. National football players Yusuf Yazıcı, Burak Yılmaz and Zeki Çelik matched with Lille Ajax, with Hakan Çalhanoğlu Milan Kızılyıldız, and Cengiz Ünder and Çağlar Söyüncü with Leicester City and Slavia Prag.

The first matches of the last 32 rounds will be held on February 18, 2021, and the rematch will be on February 25, 2021. Seeded teams will play their rematch at home.
