“The objection of the PFDK’s decision dated 24.12.2020 and numbered E.2020-2021 / 462 K.2020-2021 / 575 regarding Fatih Terim, the technical manager of Galatasaray Sportif Sınai ve Ticaret Yatırım A.Ş., was examined. Due to the unsportsmanlike behavior of Fatih Terim, the technical manager of Galatasaray Sportif Sınai ve Ticaret Yatırım A.Ş., against the match referee before the issuance, in accordance with the articles 36/1-c and 35/4 of the FDT, the locker room and the bench in 1 official competition. It was unanimously decided to approve the penalty with the rejection of the application, as it was understood that there was no inaccuracy in terms of legal qualification and the determination of the penalty in the punishment of the entry ban and a fine of 13,000.00 TL.

It was unanimously decided to correct the ban on entry to the dressing room and bench in 1 official competition and a fine of 13,000.00 TL.
As it was understood that there was no mistake in terms of legal qualification and the determination of the penalty, the application was rejected, as it was understood that there was no inaccuracy in terms of legal qualification and the determination of the penalty in the penalty of entering the locker room and the bench in 2 official competitions and a fine of 16.500,00 TL due to the act of noncompliance with the measure.
