Last minute: PFDK punished Okan Buruk for 5 matches – Last minute Medipol Başakşehir news

Turkey Football Federation (TFF) Professional Football Disciplinary Committee (PFDK) has announced its decision dated December 29, 2020. Buruk, who was sent to PFDK for being dismissed from the game in the Fenerbahçe – Medipol Başakşehir match, was banned from 5 matches in total and was fined 38 thousand TL. Medipol Başakşehir Club was fined 150 thousand TL for not completing flash interviews within 30 minutes in the Fenerbahçe match. İrfan Can Kahveci from Medipol Başakşehir was banned from a match and fined 13 thousand TL for his unsportsmanlike actions towards the match referee, while Rafael was fined 13 thousand TL for the same reason.
On the other hand, Galatasaray Club was fined 100 thousand TL for making unsportsmanlike statements on the official website of the club, and Galatasaray President Mustafa Cengiz was fined 50 thousand TL for the same reason.
The statement made on the official website of TFF is as follows:
1- ATAKAŞ HATAYSPOR coach İSMAİL SERBEST, played on 22.12.2020 at ATAKAŞ HATAYSPOR-TRABZONSPOR A.Ş. In the Super League competition, to be punished with a penalty for violation of the instructions because of being in areas that are not accredited,
2- HES KABLO KAYSERİSPOR Club to be punished with a MONEY PENALTY of 10.500.-TL in the HES KABLO KAYSERİSPOR-İTTİFAK HOLDİNG KONYASPOR Super League competition played on 24.12.2020 due to unsportsmanlike behavior,
3- BÜYÜKŞEHİR MUNICIPALITY ERZURUMSPOR Club athlete İBRAHİM AKDAĞ was sentenced to 3 OFFICIAL MUNICIPAL MENA and 13.000 TL for his insult to the match referee in the BÜYÜKŞEHİR MUNICIPALITY ERZURUMSPOR-YUKATEL DENİZLİSPOR Super League competition, played on 23.12.2020.
4- In the FENERBAHÇE A.Ş. 150.000.-TL MONEY PENALTY in accordance with the article,
In the same competition, MEDIPOL BAŞAKŞEHİR FK technical officer OKAN BURUK, due to the unsportsmanlike act involving actual intervention against the match referee before the dismissal, FDT’s 36/5-c and 35/4. 2 OFFICIAL COMPETITION ENTRANCE TO THE LOCKER ROOM and BACKUP CLUB and 8.500.-TL MONEY PENALTY,

In the same competition, MEDIPOL BAŞAKŞEHİR FK athlete RAFAEL PEREIRA DA SILVA was punished with 13.000.-TL MONEY PENALTY for his unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match referee,
In the same competition, RAFAEL PEREIRA DA SILVA, the athlete of MEDIPOL BAŞAKŞEHİR FK, was punished with a penalty for violating the instructions, due to being on the green ground despite being dismissed,
In the same competition, MEDIPOL BAŞAKŞEHİR FK athlete İRFAN CAN KAHVECİ was punished with 1 OFFICIAL COMPETITION MEN and 13.000.-TL MONEY PENALTY for his unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match referee,

GALATASARAY A.Ş. President MUSTAFA CENGİZ was sentenced to 50.000.-TL MONEY PENALENT pursuant to Article 38/3-b of FDT for making unsportsmanlike statements on the official website of the club.
