Arbitration Board upholds Sergen Yalçın’s fine | Besiktas news

Turkey Football Federation (TFF) Arbitration Board, Besiktas coach has upheld the 36 thousand worth of fines imposed Sergen Yalcin. On the other hand, Fatih Karagümrüklü footballer Erik Sabo was banned from 3 official competitions and a 13 thousand TL fine and a 24 thousand TL penalty given to technical responsible Atılay Canel were also upheld.

The decisions taken in the Arbitration Board are as follows:

“-The objection of the PFDK’s decision dated 17.12.2020 numbered E.2020-2021 / 451 K.2020-2021 / 557 regarding Ali Rıza Sergen Yalçın, the technical director of Beşiktaş Futbol Yatırımları Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., was examined. at the end;

– Ali Rıza Sergen Yalçın, the technical officer of Beşiktaş Futbol Yatırımları Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., was punished with a fine of 36.000,00 TL in accordance with Article 38/3-c of the FDT for making statements against sportsmanship. As it is understood that there is no mistake in terms of determination, the rejection of the application and the approval of the penalty,

-Fatih Karagümrük A.Ş.’s objection to PFDK’s decision dated 17.12.2020 and numbered E.2020-2021 / 450 K.2020-2021 / 555 regarding footballer Erik Sabo and technical responsible Atılay Canel was examined. As a result of the negotiation;

– FDT’s 41/1-a and 35/4 due to Fatih Karagümrük A.Ş. As it is understood that there is no mistake in terms of legal qualification and the determination of the penalty, as it is understood that there was no mistake in terms of legal qualification and the determination of the penalty, the penalty was upheld unanimously,
